1.2. No Refund or Replacement: Once an order is placed, there will be no refunds or replacements provided for rented devices. Customers are advised to thoroughly review their order before confirming the rental.

2.1. Pre-Rental Inspection: QCM ensures that all rented devices undergo a thorough inspection and testing process before being made available to customers. This is to ensure the functionality and reliability of the devices.

2.2. Customer Acknowledgment: By placing an order for a rented device, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed the device specifications and are satisfied with its condition as per the pre-rental inspection.
